NutraBio.com Shipping Policy
NutraBio usually ships within
1-2 business days of receiving your order however most orders are shipped
within 24 hours. On rare occasions, some items might be out of stock and can
take up to 7 business days to ship. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday
will ship on the next business day.
Please note: If you pay by
check or e-check your order can be delayed until your check clears the bank.
If you credit card billing address does not match your shipping address your
order can also be delayed for verification purposes.
For military addresses such
as APO and FPO your orders will be shipped via the United States post
Office. The estimated times only include shipping to the local
military address. You should also allow time extra for the military to get
your package to you base which can take 1-3 additional weeks.
Shipping Policy:
All standard shipping is done via UPS for domestic orders and USPS
for international orders and PO Boxes, and APO's. Do not choose UPS
shipping method if you are shipping to a PO Box or APO, as UPS does not
deliver to these types of addresses and it will delay your order.
Please use the following UPS
zone map to estimate how long your package will take to be delivered once it
leaves our facility. The days in transit on this map are business days
(weekdays only) and do not include weekends and holidays. For example, if
you package is shipped on a Friday and the zone map estimates 2 days in
transit, then it should be delivered on Tuesday, which is 2 business days
from Friday. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Pay Actual Shipping Rates:
Shipping for your order
is calculated based on the weight of the order and your zip code. We
charge you the actual UPS and USPS cost and do not markup these rates or
charge any addition handling fees.
Shipping
Outside the US:
All shipping to destinations outside of the U.S. will be shipped via USPS.
Each country has different regulations regarding the import of specific
nutritional supplements. Not all supplements are allowed in every country.
Although we do our best to keep up with these regulations, it is impossible
for us to know all of the specifics for each country. It is therefore the
responsibility of the customer to know whether the products being ordered
are allowed in their country and any specific taxes or duties that their
country might charge. The customer is responsible for all customs,
taxes and duty that might be imposed by their country as well as any
confiscation by their government or local postal service. We quote the
actual shipping time it takes the package to get from the US to you. Please
allow extra time for countries whose customs department inspects packages as
this can slow your order. We will provide a USPS customs tracking number
that can be used to verify that your shipment has left the United States. We
take responsibility up to the point that your package leaves the United
States. Once your package has been confirmed by the USPS to have left the
United States it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. On customs forms
we can only mark the order as "Merchandise" and cannot use "Gift" and we
must put the actual order value
Lost or Delayed
Packages: If you do not receive your package within a reasonable
shipping time, please email us at customercare@nutrabio.com.
We will charge you a fee of $8 to re-ship each and every package that is
either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error.
This is the charge that UPS charges us for any errors in the shipping
address. We generate our shipping labels from the information you provide
us. If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code,
missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is
returned to us, you will be charged $8 per package to have the package
re-processed in addition to the charge for shipping the package again
We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed
due to customer error. If you contact us after your order has been
placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make
every effort to correct your information prior to your package being
shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we
cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is
re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply.
RETURNS: Any item you
wish to return must be received back to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of the product. The
item must be returned at the customers expense, and must be unopened and
undamaged for a credit (less shipping & handling) to be issued. Please email

for a RMA number prior to returning any merchandise (please include your order
number and the item description in your email). A valid RMA number must be
included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. For your
protection, we advise using a shipping carrier with tracking, signature
verification or any type of proof of delivery. After 30 days past the date of
receipt of your order, no returns are accepted. Full credit for the returned item
will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of
our receipt of the returned package. Credit will not be issued for any opened or
damaged merchandise except for items covered under our “Try it First
Guarantee”. Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded. We recommend that you
pack the item carefully and insure the package, as any items lost or damaged in
shipping cannot be refunded. If you elect to use USPS for your return, the
package must have Delivery Confirmation, or we cannot guarantee that your item
will be credited.
CANCELLATIONS: If you wish
to cancel an order, you will need to either email us, or call us at (888)
688-7224. We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if your order
has already been shipped, you will have to return the package (see return policy
listed below). Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be
considered a return, and all policies listed apply.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Merchandise
damaged during shipment must be reported to NutraBio.com within 5 days of
receipt. Please email us to notify us of any damaged items (please include your
order number and the item description in your email). We will then contact the
shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s), and either send you a
replacement order, or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise
that is confirmed to be damaged. If your item(s) are being credited, a full
credit for the damaged item(s) will be issued within 10 business days of our
receipt of the returned package.
ERRORS: We make every
attempt to send you what you order. In the rare occasion that you receive an
item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void
your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error must be
reported within 5 days of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the
situation (refund, replacement, etc.) Please email us for an RMA number prior to
returning any merchandise (please include your order number and the item
description in your email). A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping
label, or we will refuse the package. Full credit for the returned item(s) will
be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our
receipt or the returned package.
