Ingredients:

For Best Results:
Add 1 scoop to 1/2 cup of cold water, juice, milk, yogurt, or your favorite mix.
Stir until dispersed then drink immediately. Note the extra calories provided by
mixes other than water. You can add more or less liquid to meet your desired
taste. You can also add to cereal, pancakes, oatmeal, etc., to get more calories
