Recommended Usage:
As a dietary supplement,
take 1 level scoop (2000 mg) of powder or 4 capsules with water or your favorite beverage,
1-2
times daily or
as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to 4 grams (4000mg)
per day. When using powder
mix for 15 to 20 seconds using a
