Konjac Root (Glucomannan) is a source of bulk-forming dietary soluble fiber. Konjac Root helps to promote satiety (feeling of fullness) and can be an effective addition to a weight management plan that includes a healthy diet and exercise program.* Fiber in the diet is essential for good health. Some studies have demonstrated that Glucomannan may provide temporary relief of constipation, provide a dietary source of fiber to help maintain blood glucose levels already within the normal range, and may help improve glucose tolerance.*
