Lysine is an essential amino acid,

Recommended Usage:
As a dietary supplement
take 1 level scoop (1000 mg) or 2 capsules, with water or your favorite beverage, with or between meals,
1-2 times daily or
as directed by your physician. For powder,
m ix for 15 to 20 seconds using a
shaker cup or mix thoroughly with a spoon. May not mix very easily.
May be
