N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine
(NAC) is a more stable form of the amino acid L-Cysteine and is the most
effective way to boost Glutathione levels in the body. NAC is a more stable form of L-Cysteine because it
has an acetyl group (CH3CO) attached. NAC has all the properties of
L-Cysteine but is more water soluble and said to be more bio-available
than L-Cysteine.

Suggested Usage:
As a dietary supplement
take 1 level scoop (1000 mg) of powder or 1-2 capsules with water or your favorite beverage,
1-2
times daily or
as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to 2.4 grams (2400mg)
per day. When using powder
mix for 15 to 20 seconds using a
shaker cup or mix thoroughly with a spoon.
May not mix very easily. May be
hygroscopic and may clump during storage. This does not effect the efficacy of
the product, but just the texture. Can be mixed with your creatine or arginine
supplements for enhanced results.
