STEP1 - Place your order: Each custom order must be for a MINIMUM OF 30 SHAKES. You can choose a 1-time shipment or you can have the order delivered to your home in 30, 45, 60 or 90 day increments with our convenient Autoship program. Autoship orders receive a 10% discount. Autoship orders can be cancelled or changed anytime up to 5 days prior to your scheduled shipment.

STEP 2 - Choose Flavors: Choose from 6 Delicious Flavors. You can mix and match flavors in any combination you desire. Make sure the total flavors on your order form adds up to the total amount of shakes ordered. If the totals don't match, we will add or subtract evenly from the flavors you have ordered.

STEP 3 Choose your Custom Profile: If you know how much protein and carbs you want per shake than include it on your order form. You can also choose between 3 standard formulas; Male, Female or Youth. Or call toll free 888-NUTRABIO (688-7224) to have one of our UMP coaches calculate your unique metabolic profile. Your order must be placed before you call to be metabolically profiled. You can also download the UMP Questionnaire here and fax, mail or email it to us.

STEP 4: Our lab custom formulates your meal replacement shakes to match your specific profile. Each shakes is made with the exact amount of calories, protein and carbs that you require. Each shake bottle has a custom label on it showing your name, date of manufacture and nutritional facts for your custom profile  Your custom meal replacement shakes are then shipped directly to your door.

STEP 5: Add water, shake, drink and throw it out. No blenders, mixing or messes. It doesn't get any simpler. Drink 1 or 2 shakes per day along with 2 regular meals.
