- 2 Scoops NutraBio Classic Whey Horchata
- 12 Pitted Dates
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1/3 C almond meal
- 2 large carrots
- Grated ginger
- Sea salt
- Place all ingredients in your food processor. Blend until mixture becomes smooth.
- Transfer into a mixing bowl. Scoop out dough with a spoon and roll into tightly packed balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer!
- Note: Add in another tbsp of protein powder if the mixture is too wet.
- Note: If the mixture is too dry add in a tbsp of almond milk.
