Carrot Cake Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops NutraBio Classic Whey Horchata
  • 12 Pitted Dates
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/3 C almond meal
  • 2 large carrots
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Grated ginger
  • Sea salt

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in your food processor. Blend until mixture becomes smooth.
  • Transfer into a mixing bowl. Scoop out dough with a spoon and roll into tightly packed balls.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer!
  • Note: Add in another tbsp of protein powder if the mixture is too wet.
  • Note: If the mixture is too dry add in a tbsp of almond milk.
