Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Bites


  • 2 Scoops of NutraBio Lemon Meringue Whey Protein
  • 1 cup raw cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ c unsweetened reduced fat coconut shreds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • pinch of sea salt


  • Roll the dough into tightly packed 1-inch balls. Sprinkle with left over poppy seeds and coconut shreds to garnish. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
  • Note: Add in another tbsp of protein powder if mixture is too wet. If mixture is too dry add in a tbsp of almond milk.
