Peanut Butter Fudge Oatmeal Brownies, anyone?!
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 2 scoops of NutraBio Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss WPI
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2.5 tbs cocoa powder
2 tbs of sugar-free chocolate Jell-O mix
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbs of melted peanut butter, divided
- 1/4 cup agave
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. In a medium bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.
3. In a small bowl, microwave 1/3 cup of peanut butter for 15 seconds.
4. In a large bowl mix together the melted peanut butter and remaining wet ingredients
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix
6. Pour batter into greased 8x8 inch pan and bake for 15-20 minutes
7. Remove brownies from oven and let cool
8. Microwave 2 tbsp of peanut butter and drizzle on top
