Pre Workout Mocktail: Tropical Summer Fruit Sangria
Yields: 2 Servings
- 2 Scoops of NutraBio Tropical Fruit Punch BCAA 5000
- 2 Cups of diet sprite or club soda
- 1 Orange; freshly squeezed juice
- 1 Lemon; freshly squeezed juice
- 1 Lime; freshly squeezed juice
- 1 Apple
- 2 Strawberries
- 2 Cups of assorted fruit sliced into chunks (mango, pineapple, berries, apples, oranges, etc.)
- 6 Mint leaves
- 2 Tsp fresh ground ginger
- 1 Cup ice
- Begin to chop all your fruit into large chunks. You can take a short cup by purchasing pre cut fresh fruit.
- Mix together 3 cups of soda with NutraBio BCAA in a pitcher.
- Use ½ of the lemon, lime, and orange to squeeze fresh juice into the pitcher. Slice the remaining halves into rounds and add into the pitcher along with your sliced fruit.
- Using a long spoon begin to mix all the ingredients.
- Lastly, add in your fresh ginger, rinsed mint leaves, and ice.
- Serve and enjoy!
