Mango tango is great it just has a subtle flavor profile over blue razz but after returning to normal macros post competition the pumps I know and expect all returned. The 10g of citrulline and 3. 2g of beta alanine give great pumps while the 350mg of caffeine gets my body amped for the workload ahead. Would love some new flavors though!"

My only concern is flavour, which i rate 2/10. Since its stacked to the brim the flavour is a tradeoff but the mango tango flavour is terrible and i have to force it down, even then i still rate it 5 stars because this beats every other pre on the market."

"This is a great pre-workout that is dosed with the clinical amounts of l-citruline / beta alanine etc. . It's also nice that there's no Alpha-GPC in this one. (Read up on it, but due to potential side effects, I have decided to NOT take Alpha-GPC. Most of the leading pre-workouts in the market in 2026 do have that ingredient so I'm super glad that Nutabio offers two types of pre workouts, with Base being the one that does not include it.
