"I've been vegan for 13 years and need b-12 supplementation. This b-12 is insanely dosed. It's both odd and also reassuring. And there is no neon urine. I'm not sure, offhand, if that happens with vitamin B supps because of the 12 or some other b vitamin. (incidentally I also use nutrabio b3 and B6 and it doesn't happen with those either) So it seems to me that that means I'm absorbing more of it than if it looked like I was wizzing Lemon/Lime Powerade an hour after taking it"
