"Great product. Works fantastic! Does it smell bad, yep. Does it taste bad, yep. But you have the bottle open for seconds and hold them in your mouth also for seconds. Super small inconvenience for how well they work! On my second bottle now. My deep schedule has never been more regular! No morning side effects, just nice easy wake up. I have noticed you need to sleep for at least 7hrs. The only time I have still felt sleepy or groggy in the morning after taking these, is when I get 6hrs or less. Still no headaches, or stomach issues like Melatonin gives me."

"Over the course of several years I’ve tried MANY different types of sleep aides in a desperate attempt to get a decent nights sleep. Unfortunately the majority of them fell short of delivering any type of deep and long lasting sleep. The couple that did help slightly also came with some type of side effects i. e. the morning drowsiness and hangover associated with Melatonin based products. This particular Sleep product is Melatonin free. I held off for several weeks on reviewing this NutraBio natural sleep supplement simply because I wanted to see how it would work for me long term. So far it has been a life changer! It works fast and even after a couple of bathroom trips during the middle of the night I am now able to fall back asleep rather quickly. Prior to taking this wonderful Sleep supplement I would toss and turn and struggle for sometimes two or three hours or more in order to fall back asleep! Absolutely frustrating! The best part is that I am now able to average seven, sometimes even eight hours of sleep each night and wake up refreshed with ZERO grogginess or hangover! Even better is now that I am getting better sleep my workouts in the gym have improved immensely! My post workout recovery days have also improved thanks to my much improved sleep quality. As a 70 year old former competitive multi-sport athlete, this Sleep supplement has helped me immensely! Thanks NutraBio for bringing yet another great product to the market. This stuff is the real deal!"
