As we continue to expand our online presence, we are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our digital retail efforts. Located in a state-of-the-art office space, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the heart of the sports nutrition industry.

Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with business goals and drives revenue growth. Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Website Management: Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of our e-commerce website. Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize site performance, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Product Merchandising: Lead the product merchandising strategy, including product listings, pricing, and promotions. Optimize product pages for conversions and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell related products.
• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Manage paid advertising campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and social media efforts, with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition.
• Customer Experience: Monitor and enhance the overall customer experience, including order fulfillment, customer service, and returns. Implement best practices to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels, ensuring products are in stock and readily available to meet customer demand.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve department goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related ecommerce field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platform and apps (e.g., Shopify).
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sports nutrition or dietary supplements (a plus).
