Overview:
NutraBio Labs, Inc. is a fast-growing sports supplement company on a mission to bring the highest quality, fully transparent supplements to Brick and Mortar stores nationwide. We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and own the Northeast Region. This person will be responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business while ensuring the NutraBio brand is represented at the highest level across retail locations, events, demos, and expo shows.
In This Role You Will:
- Develop annual business plans for each assigned account under the direction of management
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with current and prospective accounts
- Travel throughout the Northeast Region to call on wholesale, specialty, and geographically adjacent accounts
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional programs designed to drive sales growth
- Provide accurate sales forecasting for your territory
- Present and sample product in store using catalogs, literature, and a thorough understanding of each product's key benefits
- Prepare quotes and sales contracts for retail partners
- Coordinate estimated delivery timelines with headquarters based on production schedules and maintain ongoing communication for updates
- Prepare and submit sales reports and business expense reports on a timely basis
- Travel a minimum of three weeks per month to cover base and regional account territories
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of five years of sales experience
- Must currently reside within the Northeast Region
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem solving and critical thinking ability
- Polished presentation skills with confidence in front of buyers and retail partners
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and identifying market trends
- Proven ability to set and consistently meet sales goals
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Other Skills and Abilities:
- High level of product knowledge with the ability to develop expertise quickly
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Ability to professionally handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
