General Discount & Promotion Policy
All discounts, promotional codes, loyalty rewards, and sale offers are non-stackable and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. This includes, but is not limited to, sitewide promotions, discount codes, loyalty reward redemptions, subscription discounts, and referral rewards.
All discounts and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, conditions, and expiration dates. Expired discounts, codes, or promotions cannot be applied to orders once the stated expiration date has passed.

Subscription Offer
Offer applies to orders placed through NutraBio.com. Discount is 10% off all subscription orders and applies to both initial and recurring subscription shipments. No code is required: discount is automatically applied at checkout for eligible subscription purchases.
All subscription orders will also receive 2x loyalty reward points per dollar spent. For example, a $10 subscription purchase will earn 20 loyalty reward points. Loyalty reward points will be issued to your NutraBio loyalty rewards account and are subject to the terms and conditions of the NutraBio Loyalty Rewards Program.

First-Time Customer Offer
Offer applies to orders placed through NutraBio.com. Discount is 15% off all one-time purchase products with a specific discount code and does not apply to subscription orders. Code must be entered at checkout and is valid for first-time customers only.

Super Savings Event Offer
Offer valid on select products within the Super Savings Event collection only. Customers may receive either 25% off eligible items or participate in a Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion, as indicated. For Buy 2, Get 1 Free, the free item will be the lowest-priced item in the qualifying group. Offer is not valid on subscription orders. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or rewards. Eligible products may be added to or removed from the promotion at any time without notice.
Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping is available on U.S. domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states on orders totaling $99 or more, excluding taxes and after all applicable discounts and promotions have been applied.
Orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, do not qualify for free shipping. Expedited or priority shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
If items are returned and the total order value falls below the $99 free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

NutraBio Loyalty Rewards Program
The NutraBio Loyalty Rewards Program allows customers to earn points on all qualifying purchases made through NutraBio.com or the NutraBio mobile app. Points may be redeemed for discounts on future orders, subject to the terms outlined below.
The program consists of three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Customers begin at the Silver tier and are automatically upgraded as they reach the required point thresholds. Upon earning 1,000 points, customers are upgraded to Gold. Upon earning 2,500 points, customers are upgraded to Platinum.
Points are earned based on tier status as follows:
- Silver: 1 point for every $1 spent
- Gold: 1.5 points per $1 spent
- Platinum: 2.0 points per $1 spent
Tier status is valid on a rolling year basis, defined as a dynamic 12-month period beginning on the date a tier is achieved. If the required point threshold is not maintained within that period, tier status may be adjusted accordingly.
Loyalty points expire on a rolling basis 12 months from the date of the customer’s last purchase. For example, if a customer’s last purchase was made on April 1, 2026, any unused points will expire on April 1, 2027.
Points may be redeemed for discounts at a rate of $1 for every 20 points. For example, 100 points may be redeemed for a $5 discount. The maximum redemption per order is $100, equivalent to 2,000 points.
Once points are redeemed and converted into a coupon code, the issued reward does not expire. Loyalty reward redemptions cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated.
Discount codes obtained through point redemption may only be used on orders with a minimum purchase of $25.00.
Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. NutraBio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Terms and conditions apply. NutraBio Labs reserves all rights.
NutraBio Referral Program
The NutraBio Referral Program allows customers to share a unique referral link with friends and family. To participate, the referring customer must be logged into their NutraBio account to generate and share their referral link.
Referred friends and family will receive a $15 discount on their first purchase of $50 or more. Once the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase, the referring customer will receive 300 loyalty reward points, which may be redeemed for a $15 discount on a future order (based on the standard redemption rate of 20 points = $1).
The minimum purchase requirement for the referred customer to qualify for the discount and for the referring customer to receive a reward is $50 (after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping, unless otherwise stated).
The following limitations apply:
- Referral rewards are only valid for first-time customers.
- If a previous reward has already been issued to the referred email address, neither the referring customer nor the referred customer will receive a reward.
- If a previous purchase is associated with the referred email address, neither the referring customer nor the referred customer will receive a reward.
- If the referring customer’s email matches the referred customer’s email, the referral will be deemed invalid and no rewards will be issued.
Referral rewards and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the NutraBio Loyalty Rewards Program.
