"It seems to definately 100% increase blood flow and vascularity. I check my sugar and blood definately seems thinner when I use citrulline. I would not high does it if your in a proffesion where potential bleeding control may become a factor."
"The EXACT PUMP I was expecting! 💪"
"I get noticeable better pumps when I take two scoops pre workout"
"Great for extra Nitric Oxide in your system for better blood movement. Makes me feel more energized when I use this before and after my workouts."
"Used this as a stack to increase NO in bloodstream. Finding my mix of supplements"
"As part of my efforts to increase muscle and slim down in my 60s, L-Citruline powder has become a fixture in many of my smoothies."
"This is a must have supplement to include in your daily supplements. It has a neutral taste and can be included in any of your flavored powders or any beverage of choice. I’m not going to get into the science of it all, but it increases the blood flow and is an essential ingredient in almost every single pump product on the market. If you workout or exercise in any way, include this in your supplement stack."
"I just turned 50 and got a recommendation for Citrulline from my primary care provider last year. My doc's recommendation for it was based on his observation that, as I get older, heart disease and stroke become the #1 killers, and so vascular health is something I should take seriously. Plus, he said with a sly smile, "we're talking improving blood flow to all veins, right? So you can also think of this like a poor man's viagra. " I tried a few lower-priced brands before deciding that this supplement was worth spending a little extra on to ensure purity. I'm not qualified to discuss the science, but I'll say it's certainly helped with workouts and runs, which I tend to do early, around 5:30 a. m. , when I'm otherwise not at my liveliest. My pre-workout/run drink is a mix of creatine, beta alanine, citrulline, arginine and Calcium AKG. Anything that helps with getting those components (and oxygen and water) to my muscle cells quickly is key to a productive workout, and that's what I credit citrulline and arginine with. It dissolves easily in the water with the other supplements and I don't notice any taste or indigestion from it. I can't really comment on the "poor man's viagra" claim because I've never taken ED drugs. I'll just say I have the same drive in that area that I had decades ago, but I don't know what to credit for that. But citrulline obviously hasn't diminished things."
"I know I can always count on Nutrabio for my supps, this L citrulline is hands down top notch"
