Ingredients:
- 2 red apples
- 1 load of French Bread
- 2 Scoops of NutraBio Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of liquid egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
Directions:
- Spray 9x13 inch (or 8x11 in) pan with cooking spray
- Slice bread into cubes and place into the baking pan
- Cut apples into small cubes and set aside
- Mix eggs, egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, & cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk thoroughly
- Once mixed, whisk in the Whey Protein Isolate and then add the cubed apples
- Pour mixture over the bread and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Make sure that all the bread is covered by the liquid mixture. If not, add a splash more almond milk
- Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees
