Baked Apple Pie Protein French Toast



  1. Spray 9x13 inch (or 8x11 in) pan with cooking spray
  2. Slice bread into cubes and place into the baking pan
  3. Cut apples into small cubes and set aside
  4. Mix eggs, egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, & cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk thoroughly
  5. Once mixed, whisk in the Whey Protein Isolate and then add the cubed apples
  6. Pour mixture over the bread and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Make sure that all the bread is covered by the liquid mixture. If not, add a splash more almond milk
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees
