Banana Protein Muffins


  • 1 scoop of @nutrabio banana nut bourbon WPI
  • 1 mashed banana 🍌 (for the batter)
  • 1/4 sliced banana (for the topping)
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/3 cup of almond milk
  • 1 Tbs of almond butter
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour evenly into greased muffin tins. Note: The WPI has a tendency to stick to the pan, so spray each one with non-stick cooking spray or use muffin liners.
  3. Add a slice of banana to each of the muffin tops before baking.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes and let cool.
