Bourbon Banana Bread

This was AMAZING!! Probably my favorite recipe to date!

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup of oat flour (if you don't have any, you can make your own by grinding up old-fashioned oats in a blender)
- 1 tablespoon of Stevia
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3 scoops of Whey Protein Isolate (I used NutraBio's Bourbon Banana Nut WPI)
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Place bananas in mixing bowl and mash until you have a thick texture-like consistency
3. Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until well combined.
4. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and pour mixture into pan
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes
6. When the bread is done baking, remove from oven and cool completely
7. Slice and enjoy!

*Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days!*
