Ingredients:
- Batter:
- 40 grams of oat flour (blended oats)
- 1 scoop of NutraBio's Pancakes & Maple Syrup flavored Whey Protein Isolate
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Toppings:
- 1/3 cup of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
- 1 Tbsp of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp of almond milk
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together for waffle batter in a large bowl
- Pour batter into waffle iron
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
- Mix together the yogurt, almond milk, and cinnamon sugar in a small bowl and pour over the waffle
- Top the waffle with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
