Homemade Grape BCAA Jam


  • 2 scoops of NutraBio Grape BCAA 500
  • 2 cups black seedless grape
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • ¼ cup stevia or coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • Over medium heat, bring grapes and water to a boil, then turn down to a low simmer for 25 minutes or until grapes have softened. Stir occasionally.
  • Turn off the heat and add in chia seeds, sugar, lemon juice, and BCAAs. Mix well then cover for about 10 minutes.
  • Once your jam thickens pour into an airtight glass jar and refrigerate for at least a half hour to set before serving.
