Homemade Grape BCAA Jam
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of NutraBio Grape BCAA 500
- 2 cups black seedless grape
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tbsp organic chia seeds
- ¼ cup stevia or coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Over medium heat, bring grapes and water to a boil, then turn down to a low simmer for 25 minutes or until grapes have softened. Stir occasionally.
- Turn off the heat and add in chia seeds, sugar, lemon juice, and BCAAs. Mix well then cover for about 10 minutes.
- Once your jam thickens pour into an airtight glass jar and refrigerate for at least a half hour to set before serving.
