Joe Rogan gave a shout out to NutraBio’s UFC Star Lyman Good on his daily podcast, "The Joe Rogan Experience". Joe Rogan's podcast was ranked as the most popular podcast of 2020 on Spotify, and in a recent episode, he had New York comedian Yannis Pappas on as a guest. They were discussing which Mixed Martial Arts gyms have produced stars in MMA, and Joe Rogan began to compliment Tiger Schulmann’s Martial Arts and recognized Lyman Good. He said, “He looks like he is sculpted out of f**king granite.”, he also said, “he is one of the most physically impressive human beings that ever competed in the sport (MMA), and he is a Tiger Schulmann’s guy.”

Lyman is currently a Welterweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and has made a name for himself by being a part of bloody fights in the UFC. This led to him winning the “Fight of the Night" award in his second UFC fight. Lyman has proved himself to be a finisher with his last six victories coming by knockout or submission.
Lyman's journey to become one of the most intimidating fighters in the UFC was not an easy one. He was born and raised in Harlem, New York, and surrounded by gangs and drugs. Lyman used mixed martial arts as an escape and, it quickly became his passion. Now he is the owner and head instructor of his martial arts school in New York City.
Lyman learned through training and teaching martial arts that everyone fights, and it doesn't have to be in the ring.
