1 tsp sugar (feel free to add more since the pre-workout powder has more of a tart flavor)
1/2 cup water
In a bowl, combine gelatin, sugar, and pre-workout powder and mix well. In a small pot, add water and slowly stir in gelatin, pre-workout powder, and sugar. Mix well over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Once it is a rolling boil, carefully pour into silicone molds. Let cool slightly then carefully place in freezer to set. Keep in freezer for about 30 minutes or until solid. Pop out of molds and go workout without compromise!!
