Protein Chocolate Snowballs
Yields 10 protein bites
- 2 scoops NutraBio Classic Whey Protein- Chocolate Milkshake
- 1 scoop NutraBio MCT Powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ¼ cup coconut shreds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 6 dates
- 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1-2 tbsp almond milk as needed
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except coconut shreds to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until dough forms, transfer into a mixing bowl
- In another bowl add the coconut shreds
- With wet hands, use 1 heaping tbsp. at a time to scoop out dough to form balls
- Roll the balls into coconut shreds and place into a clean dish
- Enjoy right away!
Storage tip: You can store remaining in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container for future cravings
Notes:
add more flour or protein if dough is too moist
Add tsp of water or milk if dough is too dry
