Protein Energy Bites


  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 125 grams of quick oats
  • 2 Tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop of NutraBio WPI—Featured Flavor: Bourbon Banana Nut bourbon
  • 1 Tbs of honey or agave


  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
  2. Mix the ingredients together until your mixture reaches a gooey but firm consistency
  3. Roll your mixture into 12 evenly sized balls ( I used a table spoon to measure out the batter)
  4. Transfer the protein balls to the fridge. Note: **These will last 3-4 days stored in the fridge**
