Ingredients:
- 1 banana, mashed
- 125 grams of quick oats
- 2 Tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of NutraBio WPI—Featured Flavor: Bourbon Banana Nut bourbon
- 1 Tbs of honey or agave
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
- Mix the ingredients together until your mixture reaches a gooey but firm consistency
- Roll your mixture into 12 evenly sized balls ( I used a table spoon to measure out the batter)
- Transfer the protein balls to the fridge. Note: **These will last 3-4 days stored in the fridge**
