Root Beer Fluff Recipe


  • 1 scoop of NutraBio Whey Protein Isolate (I used the flavor Root Beer Float, but this can be substituted for ANY flavor!)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tbs of xanthan gum
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp mini chocolate chips


  1. Mix the whey protein, xanthan gum, ice cubes, and almond milk in a food processor or blender
  2. Transfer the fluff into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings! I used mini chocolate chips but some other great toppings would be granola, fresh berries, or Graham Cracker crumbs!

This creates a TON of volume! And it's a great option for a healthy late-night snack!
