Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of egg whites
- 1 scoop of protein powder (I used cinnamon sugar donut😋)
- 1 splash of water
- 1 dash of cinnamon
- 2 containers of Greek yogurt
Directions:
- Blend protein with a splash of water
- Stir in egg whites and cinnamon
- Spray a small pan with cooking spray
- Pour 1/3 of the batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles form. Flip, and cook for ten seconds. Repeat with rest of batter
- Spread the Greek yogurt onto the crepes and roll them up!
