"It’s a good product I’m sure but haven’t noticed anything after 3 weeks. I’m sure you’d have to use this product with calorie surplus to see the full benefits but I’ve been in a deficit for months to lose fat. I’ll give this product another chance in the next 6 months but for now haven’t noticed much of a difference. Still it’s a much better product than anything else on the market now. It’s a little overpriced though for only 1 month supply. Would be better if they gave you at least 2 months supply for this price. This is by far not a miracle supplement: no single supplement is. But does it work well I’m sure it does but haven’t noticed any difference myself. Your training principles have lots more to do with how much lean mass you put on rather than any single product."
